I like one of my brother's friend?

I'm 15 he's 17. Well he seems quite sensitive not to mention he's gorgeous, and kind and has the sweetest smile. My brother says he says things like: no girl would be intrested in me now .. Apparently, I think he was heart broken. Anyway, i would love to give him a big hug and always be by his side, he sometimes smiles at me out of politeness obviously. Also I'm trying to move on from someone else, and he's really caught my eye. But he's a gorgeous young lad who's popular as well, he wouldn't be intrested in me.. I would just humiliate myself :L
