Charisma: You either have it or you don't? Is my understanding of charisma right? (Read Below)?

You can argue that certain traits and characteristics help charisma be more apparent but i believe its something natural.As you can someone try to replicate the actions of someone who has it and still fail because it's more than the attributed actions, its the ability of being, there and then, before and after. It's something that can necessarily be gained or complete lost. Some people just have it within them, i like the ones that aren't fully aware of it, i find endearing.
