Does she like me after the first date, do you think she wants to go out on a second?

I went out with a girl last night I met online. I went out the night before and was pretty hung over throughout our date but managed to keep up good conversation for the first half. We were at a bar and I could tell she was having fun but for some strange reason she really didn't want to drink. I drank but not enough to get drunk. Afterward we went to a show, I know she had fun at the show but the downtime watching the performance caused my hangover to kick in and after wards I wasn't the best conversationalist and was forcing small talk. She was tired as well, It was a pretty quit ride back to her car, kind of an uncomfortable silence and she just left without any goodnight kiss. She said we should "hangout" again after leaving. I thought that was it but she texted me today saying she had fun last night and I texted her back saying I thought she was interesting but wished I wasn't so hungover during our date- she hasn't texted me back. Do you think she texted me out of politeness or do you think she wants to go on a 2nd date? Do you think she is romantically interested in me or just wants to be friends?
