Please give me a list of Japanese verb suffixes?

I am NOT talking about honorifics. I do not need any information about conjugation as it applies to time or politeness unless a specific conjugation is required for a suffix. I want suffixes like "-tai," "-sai," "rareru/-eru," "-eba" etc. Please give examples of their usage and anymore important suffixes I should know. Thank you.
