You are 21 and not a child . So call all your family and discuss this , dont just say this to mummy or papa , call all ,sit and speak strongly. To study is a right , and you are not demanding any mad thing. Tell them with good qualifications you/ they can find a better partner for you , And 21 is not late to marry , you got much time. Then by studying, your discipline by all aspects will increase and you will study life more , that will help you to lead a happy life in future. Dont just make excuses , tell what you want and what will make you happy. Dont behave childish , show maturity. Good luck.
