Does my ex boyfriend still like me?

A couple of a days ago he contacted me out of the blue saying "Hey I know you goto _____ University, do you know where the music hall is ? I have to hang posters there... DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED TO DO THIS THOUGH!", so we chit chat back and forth, and finally he comes down to my school with his dog, and posters and ask me to holdon the dog while he goes to hang the posters up. He comes down and says the posters are already there , and out of politeness we speak for about 8 minutes. He leaves, and hasn't texted or called for 2 days.
